Our component repairs are first-class; reconditioning of interior plastic panels and trims are repaired and strengthened.

Wool carpets, with special wool carpet edging, are custom manufactured and installed. We also do Non-Textile Floor installations; such as coin-dot flooring on galley floor, cargo and baggage section as well as the airstairs surface.

Our refurbishment of interior cabinets are ultra-modern. Whether your choice is Formica® lamination or veneer, with a gloss or matt finish, your cabinets will be the latest trends. We can also assist with repairs and alignments of doors and drawers.

No need to buy a whole new safety belt, we can re-use your existing safety belt with our webbing replacement service. Our webbing comes in a variety of colours. At Executive Aircraft Refurbishment quality and safety is synonymous; after re-webbing, we conduct an in-house restraint test on our Safety Belt Restraint Test Rig, whereby test loads are applied to safety belts, before issuing our clients with the required certification.

We conduct a burn test on all the materials used on the aircraft. Burn tests are done according to FAR25.853 and FAR23.853 test regulations, after which we issue the required burn certificates.

From paint stripping to a complete respray; custom line paint scheme designs to customer specifications – we can give your aircraft a nose-to-tail makeover. We boast with a paint shop large enough to get the job done, state-of-the-art equipment, and an experienced team who pride themselves in attention to detail.

No component is too big or too small; we respray components like wheel rim assemblies and landing gear. Touch-ups are done through our mobile team.

Our paint colours at matched and mixed in-house, and we supply exterior decals and do the application. Every paint job is sealed with PRC® aerospace sealants.
