Aircraft Interior Sewing
Whether leather or fabric upholstery, we will custom design and develop your aircraft interior with style and comfort.
Interior Assembly & Disassembly
We refurbish single components such as seats, interior roof panels, window panels, lower sidewalls and armrests, air vents, and light fittings.
Interior Component Repair
Our component repairs are first-class; reconditioning of interior plastic panels and trims are repaired and strengthened.
Interior Carpet Manufacture
Wool carpets, with special wool carpet edging, are custom manufactured and installed. We also do Non-Textile Floor installations; such as coin-dot flooring on galley floor, cargo and baggage section as well as the air-stairs surface.
Interior Cabinet Overhaul
Our refurbishment of interior cabinets are ultra-modern. Whether your choice is Formica® lamination or veneer, with a gloss or matt finish, your cabinets will be the latest trend.
Safety Belt Manufacture
No need to buy a whole new safety belt, we can re-use and recondition your old hardware by simply replacing the webbing, and issue the required certification.
Aircraft Burn Test
We conduct a burn test on all the materials used on the aircraft. Burn tests are done according to FAR25.853 and FAR23.853 test regulations, after which we issue the required burn certificates.
Spray Paint & Overhaul
From paint stripping to a complete respray; custom livery paint scheme designs to customer specifications – we can give your aircraft a nose-to-tail makeover.
Interior & Exterior Design
We will completely reimagine the look of your aircraft according to your specifications and colours, from exterior paint to interior cupboards, carpets, seats and wall panels.
